MI for young people
From April 2011 Local Authority Connexions Services have become responsible for all young people who have completed compulsory education and are resident in their area. If you live outside of the East London sub-region (Barking and Dagenham, Bexley, City of London, Greenwich, Havering, Lewisham, Newham, Redbridge or Tower Hamlets) we are advising you that we will forward your name and address to the Connexions Service in the area that you live, which will help you to receive any information, advice or guidance that you may need.
You can still receive help from your local Connexions, however your home area will be responsible for advising you of any new initiatives in education provision, employment, training or Higher Education, and so it is important they are aware of you.
