The 15billion Information Communication and Technology (ICT) department offers a full range of ICT support services to the organisation, its external users and partners. The range of services and solutions cover all aspects of ICT; from infrastructure, business support, Information security to strategic planning and consultancy.
The ICT systems and services are hosted and managed at our secure Data Centre. The department is responsible for all aspects & management of the Data Centre environment, including; Disaster recovery and business continuity & contingency arrangements.
The innovative range of services and comprehensive support, solutions and maintenance enables 15billion staff to provide an efficient and effective support service in helping young people and towards transforming young futures.
