We endeavour to help and empower young people to make informed decisions about their lives and to gain the skills and knowledge to participate fully and actively in society. Working with and for young people we aim to help them achieve their full potential, increasing their numbers in education, employment and training and crucially helping them to cope with the impact of the economic downturn.
We provide high quality, innovative and flexible training to those working with young people, providing them with the skills and knowledge to make their work more effective and we develop and participate in community-based cross-sector partnerships that access and draw down additional resources into the London area to improve the range and quality of services available for young people.
